Deadline for the submission of ballots for the PSA Board of Directors Election

Location: 2/F Rm 214, Philippine Social Science Center (PSSC), Commonwealth Ave., Diliman, Quezon City

The Philippine Statistical Association, Inc. shall hold its annual meeting on December 5, 2008 (Friday) and on this occasion elect six (6) members of its Board of Directors to serve for the period 2009 – 2011.

You may download the official ballot which contains the names of the candidates for the Board. To vote just mark the box beside your preferred candidate for the Board, affix your signature and send form back to the PSA Secretariat on or before the close of office hours on November 28, 2008.

You have four ways of submitting your duly accomplished official ballot. First is by snail mail. Second is thru our designated liaison officers in your respective institutions. Third, you may also send these forms by fax to (02) 456-1928. Fourth, a scanned copy of the duly accomplished and signed forms ballot may be forwarded by email to psa.sec@gmail.com. Please make sure the official ballot is signed to make your vote valid.

Please be reminded that in accordance with the provision of Section 4 Article IV of our By-laws, only members whose annual dues have been fully paid on or before our annual meeting on Friday, December 5, 2008 are entitled to vote.
