PSA holds Anniversary Conference

The Philippine Statistical Association invites you to its 2008 Anniversary Conference and Training with the theme, “Harnessing Statistics to Empower the Local Government on Thursday, 25 September 2008. Immediately following the Conference, on 26 September 2008, is the Training on LGU local data systems, its use and statistical/ analytical tools.

The Conference and the Training will be held at the Local Government Academy Training Center, U.P. Los Baños, Laguna.

Both the Conference and Training will be open to Officials and Personnel of LGUs, officers and staff of government agencies and private organizations with interest in LGUs, members of the academe, private research entities.

Registration fee is PhP 1,200 for the conference and another PhP 1,200 for the training. The fees will cover conference/training materials as well as lunch and snacks. Those who register and pay on or before September 12, 2008 shall be entitled to a discounted registration fee of PhP 1,000 for the conference, and PhP 1,000 for the training.

All PSA members are encouraged to attend in both activities. PSA members will enjoy a special registration fee of PhP 600.00 for the Conference and another PhP 600.00 for the training.
