PSA holds Annual Meeting and Christmas Party, 4 December 2009

The Philippine Statistical Association, Inc. will hold its Annual Meeting and Christmas Party on December 4, 2009 (Friday), at 5:00 PM at the Philippine Social Science Center Auditorium, Commonwealth Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. The affair promises to be another showcase of unity and camaraderie among the members of the PSA.

Entitled “Feeling Kool, Looking Wow” (PSA Celebrates Christmas for a Cause), this year’s theme and concept of our annual meeting and year-end celebration to start the yuletide season is enjoying the Spirit of Christmas By Sharing with Others. To put more excitement and entertainment to the party, the event will feature two major activities:

     a)   Search for Mr. and Ms. PSA Yuletide which will serve as the fund raising activity
           of the PSA, and
     b)   Group presentation depicting cool, sexy but clean fun through music and dance.

Institutional members are encouraged to select their pair of candidates as well as present a special number in an atmosphere of party merrymaking for a cause. A special prize for best presentation awaits the participants. The proceeds from the Search for Mr. and Ms. PSA Yuletide will go directly to an identified beneficiary by the PSA Board.
